FLAT RATE - This shipping option is EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEMBERS whose church or ministry is a partner of The Koinonia House. Click here to view Partner List. - These orders wil be shipped, without costs, to your Church/Ministry for pick-up from the Church/Ministry Point of Contact.
PER ITEM This option is for either... - Customers who are not members, whose Church/Ministry is NOT A PARTNER of The Koinoia House ...or... - Members whose Church/Ministry is a partner, but wish to have their order delivered to them directly; either to their residence or other designated address.
TABLE RATE - This option limits the Shipping cost to the maximum shipping cost for orders the do not require Special Handling. (i.e. Large order quantities or package sizes.) - Orders that require Special Handing will be billed accordingly and a revised invoice will be created and sent for approval prior to order processing.
